Instructions
Step 1
Heat op oil in a pot, and add roughly chopped vegetables. Fry for 7-8 minutes.








Step 2
Add tomato paste and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in flour until well combined


Step 3
Deglaze pot with red wine, and stir until its reduced

Step 4
Add rest of the ingredients, and combine well. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes.








Step 5
Taste with salt and pepper. Sieve the gravy and serve 👌
