Ingredients

20 servings

250gPau flour
250 grTerigu kunci
Icing sugar 100 gr
100 grIcing sugar
Dry yeast 6gr
6 grDry yeast
50gWhite margarine
oil
Milk 100ml
100mlmilk
100ml water
100mlwater

Instructions

Step 1
Mix sifted flour, sugar and yeast into mixer
Step 2
Add in white margarine or oil into the mix and put in low speed
Step 3
Gradually add in milk and water, low speed
Step 4
Once dough is mixed, put in high speed for ~15min
Step 5
Cover and rest til doubled in size (30mins)
Step 6
Divide into 15gr balls
Step 7
Put tausa or chocolate inside and make to pau shape
Step 8
Put ontop of pau paper and rest for 20-30mins
Step 9
Steam for 10-15mins
