Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190 c

Take out your chicken and sliced them all in half lengthwise (to make them thinner and more even in size).

Place your chicken on the bottom of a greased baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Meanwhile dice your tomatoes into small pieces and chop up your fresh basil. You’ll then add the chopped tomatoes and basil to a bowl along with 3 tbs balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the tomato mixture on top of the chicken and spread evenly. Now top with your mozzarella cheese slices and bake in the oven for about 30-35 min until the chicken is fully cooked! Once it’s out of the oven top it with some balsamic glaze and more fresh basil! I served with pasta.
