Instructions

Sucuk

Step 1
Slice the sucuk into thin pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the sucuk. Fry each side for about 2min until brown and crispy.

Sauce

Step 3
In a bowl mix the ketchup and mayonnaise until well combined.

Sandwich

Step 4
Cut the Simit in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 5
Place the cheese on the bottom half of the bread. Melt it with a blowtorch or bake it in the oven for about 3min at 200 degree grill station.
Step 6
Place the sucuk slices on top.
Step 7
Drizzle on the sauce.
Step 8
Stack the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
