Ingredients

2 lbskirt steak
or flank
2 tspsalt
4 turnsfreshly ground pepper
1 Tbspchili powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
½ tspcumin
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 ½ Tbspolive oil
1 Tbsplime juice
freshly squeezed
½ Tbspsoy sauce
1yellow bell pepper
slice into 1/4” slices
1red bell pepper
slice into 1/4” slices
1orange bell pepper
slice into 1/4” slices
1sweet onion
sm, slice into 1/4” slices
limes
for garnish
fresh cilantro
for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F
Step 1
In sm. bowl combine spices; mix. Divide spice mixture in half.
Step 2
Add steak to plastic storage baggie, turning to coat; marinate at room temp.
Step 3
Add peppers & onions to sheet pan, drizzle with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil; sprinkle with remaining spice mixture, turning to coat. Move them to outer edges of sheet pan; place steak in middle.
Step 4
Cook (12-15 min.) stirring then increase temp. & broil on high (2 min.)
Step 5
Rest meat (at least 10 min.); cut against grain.
Step 6
Tortillas can be wrapped in foil packet & heated in oven while steak is resting.
Step 7
Serve fajitas in warm tortillas with avocado & sour cream. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro & a squeeze of fresh lime juice before serving.
