Preheat the oven at 180°C

Spread out the pastry in the tin, poke some holes into it with a fork and precook it in the oven for 15 min

Wash and rinse the spinach

Melt the butter in a pot

Add the spinach in the pot and slowly cook it for about 5 minutes

Pull the spinach in the colander and try to extract most of the water, and let it rest

Mix the eggs, crème fraîche, cheese, and the crushed garlic together. Add in salt, pepper and nutmeg.
