Instructions

Step 1
Pit 1 cup of dates and put in a blender (do not blend)
Step 2
Boil 1/2 cup of water and pour into blender to soak dates for 10-15 minutes or until soft
Step 3
Blend dates and water until it forms a date paste. If needed add some coconut milk until smooth.
Step 4
Add cacao powder and blend. If too thick then add more coconut milk.
Step 5
If desired add salt and vanilla and blend for an extra 10 seconds.
Step 6
Serve as a fudge dip for fruit.
