Maple & Pecan Pie Blended Overnight Oats

This incredible breakfast creation is our Oat Pantry Maple & Pecan Pie Porridge served as blended (yes that’s right, blended) overnight oats, this is one way to make seriously creamy overnight oats! We’ve then added a delicious maple yoghurt layer and a Coconut, Macadamia & Almond Butter shell topping.

Ingredients

For the overnight oats

40gMaple & Pecan Pie Porridge
blended
• 100ml almond milk or your milk of choice
100mlalmond milk
or your milk of choice

For the yoghurt layer

For the nut butter shell

1 TbspCoconut Macadamia & Almond Butter
• 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tspcoconut oil
melted

Instructions

Step 1
Into a jar mix the overnight oats ingredients and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours so the oats can begin to soak. If you don’t have the time for this, you can microwave (in a microwave safe container) the mixture for 1-2 minutes and then add into the jar and set aside to cool.
Step 2
Next mix the yoghurt ingredients and then layer on top of the cooled oats.
Step 3
Then add the nut butter shell ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 secs, next add on top of the yoghurt, creating a thin, even layer. We sprinkled a few chopped nuts on top as well. Then close the jar lid and leave to carry on setting overnight.
Step 4
Enjoy in the morning 😋🥣.
