Mars Overnight Oats

MARS OVERNIGHT OATS One of my most viral overnight oat recipes. It's been so popular on both IG & Tiktok and needed to be resurfaced because every time i make it you guys hound me for the recipe πŸ˜‚πŸ˜ˆ Banana free as requested, takes only 15 mins to prep and serves 2! Meaning you can sleep in a little longer in the morning, as a delicious breaky is waiting for you in the fridge πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ’ƒπŸ» Makes 2 Bowls V & DF option, higher protein Ingredients: β€’1/4 cup of yoghurt 60g (i used vanilla yopro) β€’1-2 tbs maple syrup (SF) β€’1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk/ any milk β€’1tbs chia seeds 10g β€’80g oats * β€’20-30g Choc protein (choc caramel bar DC: amb-noa ) Caramel: β€’20g maple syrup β€’20ml melted biscoff or almond butter Ganach: β€’25g milk choc β€’35g yoghurt ( I use cocobella) Method: Oats Mix: In a large bowl add all ingredients, mix and place in the fridge for 10 mins to thicken . Once thickened , mix again and divide between 2 small bowls or jars. caramel : melt your biscoff in the microwave for 30 seconds, let it cool for a min and then mix in maple syrup. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the oats. Ganache: Melt your chocolate then add in 1/2 tbs milk, mix, then mix in yoghurt. If using coconut yoghurt you can add both to the microwave for 30 seconds , let stand for 15 , then start stirring till you get a thick sauce. Top the middle of the oats over the caramel. Place in the fridge over night so you can grab and go 😍 MACROS for everything for 1 serve 366 cals F.14.5 C.36 P.20.2 Notes: The choc caramel bar is one of my collab proteins with , use my dc code for a cheeky discount πŸ₯³ I used lindt no sugar milk & red tractor protein oats, for these macros, V & Df use vegan chocolate & yoghurt.

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl add all , mix and place in the fridge for 10 mins to thicken . Once thickened , mix again and divide between 2 small bowls or jars.
