use salted caramel protein or substitute with oats + 15g monkfruit sweetener
½ tspchia seeds

10gmonkfruit sweetener

100mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
35gbanana
25gprotein yogurt

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mash your banana, add in maple syrup and yoghurt of choice. Once combined add in milk, mix again. Now add in oats & protein and mix until combined. Distribute in to two cups or jars.
Step 2
Glaze add Biscoff to a bowl & microwave for 30 seconds. Once melted, maple syrup & stir until combined , then add in yoghurt, add more maple if it needs thinning. Pour over the top & Place in the fridge overnight, the next day you can decorate with ex banana 🥰
