Step 1
Cut the tofu and the onions, slice the carrot and the other veggies
Step 2
Put the tofu to marinate with one tablespoon olive oil, one spoon soy sauce salt and pepper
Step 3
Cook it in a pan for 7-8 minutes
Step 4
When cooked, remove the tofu and add some more oilive oil, garlic, ginger onions and the vegetables
Step 5
Cook 10 minutes, add one spoon of soy sauce and water if necessary
Step 6
Add again the tofu and cook 2-3 minutes together
Step 7
Serve with the bread
