Instructions

Step 1
Cut potatoes into quarters
Step 2
Pop into baking tray, add garlic, squeeze over lemons and add to tray. Season with salt and pepper and olive oil.
Step 3
Pop chicken pieces on top and season with salt, pepper, cumin and oil.
Step 4
Cut broccoli and season with salt pepper and olive oil.
Step 5
Bake Chicken 180C 60 minutes.
Step 6
Add broccoli for last 20 minutes.
