Instructions

Step 1
Take two salted caramel Orios (or regular if you can't find them), and cut them up. Take the Walmart Brownie bite and break it up. Put to the side
Step 2
Take the 90 grams of fat free yogurt, 90 grams of milk, 4.2 grams of vanilla extract, salt, 400 grams of ice all in the blender. Blend for a minute.
Step 3
After mixture is blended, add the sugar free jello vanilla mix (7grams), 1.5 grams of each gums, the whey casein protein powder (scoop and a half), and 18 grams of artificial sweetener. Blend everything for a minute. After it's blended, mix it up putting the bottom heavier parts on top, and the lighter parts on the bottom. Blend again for one more minute.
Step 4
Add half the mix ins to the blender, along with the sea salt. Mix. Top the rest of the mix in on top along with the caramel.
