Instructions

Step 1
Cut the cucumber into 1/8-1/4 inch slices.
Step 2
Fill the canning jar(s) with the cucumbers.
Step 3
Slice the garlic into chunks. Add the sliced garlic, dill, and turmeric to the jar(s).
Step 4
Mix the water, apple cider vinegar and salt. Microwave for 4 minutes, until boiling.
Step 5
Pour hot liquid over the cucumbers and seasonings in the jar(s).
Step 6
If the liquid doesn’t cover the cucumbers, add water until covered.
Step 7
Cover the jar(s) loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the jar(s) from the microwave and put the cap on.
Step 9
Invert the closed jar(s) several times to mix thoroughly.
Step 10
Set on counter to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, place in refrigerator.
