Instructions
Step 1
Melt a small amount of butter in a saucepan on a medium heat. Once butter has melted add one tablespoon of plain flour and whisk together. Slowly add half a pint of milk, whisking every time you add it. Gradually heat and add cheese. Once the cheese has melted take off the heat. Do not allow it to go lumpy. If it does, whisk or drain through a sieve into a separate container.
Step 2
In a separate saucepan add water and a pinch of salt. Add your pasta and cook as to the instructions
Step 3
Grill the bacon according to the cooking instructions
Step 4
Drain a tin of sweetcorn and then combine the sauce, chopped up bacon to the pasta. Heat until hot
