Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and coconut. Set aside.
Step 2
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter, sugar, milk and salt. Sift the cocoa powder into the saucepan as well. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Once boiling, continue to cook for 4-5 minutes stirring constantly.

3. Remove from the heat and mix in the vanilla.

4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the oat mixture and mix well.
Step 5
5. Drop tablespoon amount onto wax or parchment paper and allow to dry and set for 2-3 hours then enjoy!
