Instructions

Step 1
1- Over medium heat, put two tablespoons of oil, then add the meat cubes, and stir until they become brown.
Step 2
2- Add 2 cups of water, onion, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, salt and black pepper. Stir the ingredients well, and let them simmer for 60-90 minutes, until the meat is tender.
Step 3
3- Take the meat off the heat and keep it warm, and set the meat broth aside.
Step 4
4- On a medium heat, put 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the minced meat and stir well until it changes color. Put the rice, add ground cinnamon, salt and black pepper and stir well.
Step 5
5- Add a cup of water and a cup of meat broth until it covers the rice. When the rice boils, let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
6- On a medium heat, add butter, then add flour and stir constantly.
Step 7
7- Melt the stock cube in a cup of water and add it to the butter and flour mixture, then add salt, brown pepper and cinnamon.
Step 8
8- Leave the sauce mixture on a low heat until it boils, then take it off the stove.
Step 9
9- Put the rice in a serving dish, then put the lamb cubes on top and garnish with nuts.
Step 10
10- Serve the rice with the sauce, and the sauce can be placed on top of the rice.
