Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, whisk together your almond flour, protein powder, salt, xanthan gum and baking powder
Step 2
Pour in the oil and warm water. Mix thoroughly until a dough is formed
Step 3
Place the dough into a piece of parchment paper and use wet hands to make it flat in a pizza shape. Note: do not roll with a rolling pin and extra parchment. It will not work in the dough will just stick to the parchment
Step 4
Make sure the middle of the dough (where you want your toppings) is fairly thin. It does rise a little in the oven and it's best thin and crunchy.
Step 5
Once you have a circle of dough, bake for 10 minutes at 350° f
Step 6
Take out and add your favorite toppings. I use sugar-free tomato sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni.
Step 7
Bake at 350° f for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown
