Terrible. It was wet even after baking longer. Even after toasting each slice for 5 full minutes to improve the texture, i still couldn't get past the taste. I like cauliflower, but i don't want my breast to only taste like it. Copious amounts of melted parmesan helped, but in the end over half of this went in the garbage. Hufe disappointment.
