Instructions
Step 1
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of glass 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray. Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls into baking dish and pinch triangles together to form 1 solid sheet.
Step 2
* Bake bottom layer of dough for about 7-8 minutes. While bottom layer is baking, brown sausage in skillet. Once sausage is cooked, drain excess fat. Add cream cheese into hot skillet and mix with sausage.
Step 3
* Remove bottom layer of dough from oven and evenly spread layer of sausage and cream cheese on top. Unroll second package of crescent rolls and lay over the top of the casserole.
Step 4
* Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees, until top of casserole is lightly browned.
