Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven

Cut the frozen prata in half and let it soften a little before making it into a cone and forming it to shape in a muffin tin

Egg custard filling

Step 3
Add hot water into sugar and mix well, set it to cool
Step 4
Mix milk, eggs, vanilla extract and salt until smooth
Step 5
Mix sugar water into egg mixture
Step 6
Sieve mixture 2-3 times to ensure mixture is smooth
Step 7
Pour into prepared shells, 3/4 full

Bake

Step 8
Bake at 210°C for 30 minutes
