Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
Step 2
Grease an 18 square shallpw baking tin and line the base with baking paper
Step 3
Melt the chopped chocolate, butter and vanilla together in a heat proof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Make sure water doesn't touch the bowl.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, set aside for a few minutes
Step 5
Beat in the eggs, sift in the flour, cocoa, and salt and fold in until the mixture is smooth and glossy. Stir in the walnuts.
Step 6
Pour the mixture in the prepared tin and level the top. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top starts to crack and the center remains gooey.
Step 7
Turn off the oven and leave the brownies inside for 5 more minutes.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin
Step 9
Cut and serve once cooled.
