Instructions
Step 1
Combine sugar, cocoa, salt, cornstarch and instant coffee in a medium saucepan
Step 2
Add full cream and coconut milk and continue to whisk, heat to simmer over medium heat
Step 3
Cook for 1-2 minutes until thick and bubbly
Step 4
Remove from hear, add vanilla and butter while whisking
Step 5
Chill in fridge until serving time
