Instructions

Step 1
Melt all together

Step 2
While chocolate mixture is melting, add all dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined
baking sodabaking soda2 teaspoons
sugarsugar210 grams
cocoa powdercocoa powder75g
coconut flourcoconut flour15g
cassava flourcassava flour325g
saltsalt½ teaspoon
Step 3
Once dry ingredients are whisked together, add vinegar to melted chocolate mixture and add to dry ingredients, mixing until well incorporated
Step 4
Pour into two 9 inch baking pans and cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Step 5
Use with chocolate frosting recipe. Makes 2 9 inch cakes. Can either make a stacked cake or freeze one cake for later use.
