Step 1
Mix all your dry Ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Beat your butter and sugar.
Step 3
Add your egg and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy again.
Step 4
Add your dry ingredients and then mix in your cinnamon sugar. If you are adding any nuts add them in now.
Step 5
Put your cookie mixture in the fridge for around 1/2 an hour.
Step 6
Bake at 170° fan assisted oven and bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven.
Step 7
One cooked, enjoy!
