Prehet oven to 400 degrees

Slice pepper and onion

Rub chicken with 1/2 tsp oil and coat with half of the seasonings. Place on baking sheet





Step 4
Combine pepper and onion slices with the remaining oil in a small bowl and add the remaining spices. Toss to mix






Step 5
Spread veggies in a single layer around the chicken



Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes




Step 7
Remove from oven and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the chicken and veggies. Wait until cheese is melted, then serve
