There’s no é at the end of Poke! Pretty much every quantity outlined in this recipe is up for interpretation and does not need to be exact. The amount you choose to use is up to you. Highly recommend eating it all within 24 hours of preparing. It won’t kill you if it’s a little longer than that, but this isn’t the kind of thing you want to let sit in the fridge for several days. Add/omit whatever you want to this recipe within reason. It’s probably gonna be good regardless

Instructions

Step 1
Cut avocado, cucumber, green onion, and cilantro to desired shape and size and add to container with lid
Step 2
Cut tuna into pieces no more than 3/4 of an inch in any dimension, add to container
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to the container and stir/shake (with the lid closed obviously) to combine
Step 4
Enjoy with steamed rice (Jasmine is my favorite)
