Instructions
Step 1
Grease a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) ovenproof dish with butter and set aside.
Step 2
Select Browning/Sauté and add 2 tablespoons (28 g) butter to the pressure cooking pot to melt. Add the chicken. Sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the chicken broth, dry mustard, salt, and cayenne.
Step 3
Put a steamer basket in the cooking pot on the chicken. Add the potatoes to the basket. Lock the lid in place. Select High Pressure and 4 minutes cook time. While the chicken cooks, preheat the broiler.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the panko and Parmesan with 3 tablespoons (42 g) melted butter. Set aside.
Step 5
When the cook time ends, turn off the pressure cooker. Use a quick pressure release. When the valve drops, carefully remove the lid. Remove the steamer basket and potatoes from the pot.
Step 6
Add the sour cream and Swiss cheese to the cooking pot and stir until the cheese melts. Stir in the potatoes and ham. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Top with the panko mixture. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes until golden-brown-watch closely so that it doesn't burn.
