Instructions
Step 1
Heat up the oven at 200 °C.

Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them in thin slices.

Wash the tomatoes and also cut them in thin slices.

fry the minced meat in a dry frying pan until tender and loose. squeeze the clove of garlic on top.

Dissolve the stock cube in 250ml of hot water.

Pour the stock over the potatoes.

Cver the dish and let it cook in the hot oven for about 45 minutes.
