Loaded Taco Wedges with a Chipotle Sauce 🤤 If you need a dinner recipe that tastes absolutely banging & is super filling if you’re on a weight loss journey let it be these loaded wedges 🔥 They can easily be bulked out even further with more veggies too if you need or add more cheese if you want 🤤 Hit SAVE to try for yourself 📌💕 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g lean beef mince Taco seasoning 2 tbsp salsa Red pepper diced Red onion diced Tsp garlic puree 500g potato 40g lighter mature cheddar 60g fat free yoghurt 1/2 tsp chipotle paste 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 2 tbsp lime juice Spring onions Coriander 💗Cut your potatoes into wedges and pat dry. Pop in the airfryer, season with a tbsp of taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Air fry for 30 minutes on 190 degrees shaking part way through. 💗 In a pan, fry off the mince beef in the garlic for a couple of minutes until nearly browned, then add in the pepper and onion. 💗Add in two tbsp of the taco seasoning, 2 tbsp salsa and 100ml water leave to simmer. 💗Top the wedges with the mince and cheese. Melt for a couple of minutes under the grill (can also do in the airfryer). 💗 Mix together the yoghurt, chipotle paste, smoked paprika, pinch of salt and lime juice and drizzle over the wedges. 💕 Top with spring onions and coriander onions and coriander Calories per portion: 524 Protein: 42.3g Fat: 9.6g Carbs: 66.3g • • ————-

Instructions

Step 1
💗Cut your potatoes into wedges and pat dry. Pop in the airfryer, season with a tbsp of taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Air fry for 30 minutes on 190 degrees shaking part way through.

💗 In a pan, fry off the mince beef in the garlic for a couple of minutes until nearly browned, then add in the pepper and onion.
