Instructions

Step 1
Combine the water and yeast into a large bowl to let the yeast bloom for about 5 minutes Add flour, olive oil and salt to the bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until it’s becomes a shaggy mass. Transfer for a floured area and knead dough for about 8 minutes Transfer to another oiled bowl, cover with a towel and let proof for 1 hour. Transfer to an oiled baking sheet and spread the dough out like you’d be making a flatbread. Let proof another 20 minutes. Poke any bubbles with your fingers, brush with some oil and place in the oven preheated to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Let cook for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with olive oil and sprinkle some salt. Serve and enjoy!
