Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 400 degrees

Step 2
Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray or use muffin liners
Step 3
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients to blender and mix until liquified
Step 5
Pour contents of blender onto dry ingredients and stir until combined
Step 6
If desired- add chocolate chips or blueberries or nuts - optional
Step 7
With ice cream scoop or large spoon- divide mixture into muffin pan
Step 8
Bake about 20 minutes or until muffin springs back to touch
