Step 1
Mix up all the ingredients in a mixer or in a blender. Heat up crepe pan. Add butter or margarine to the pan. Pour in one scoop of batter and then carefully spread it out over the pan using a wooden spoon. Flip when the top is dry. Serve with icing sugar or whipped cream. Very good with strawberries and whipped cream--put the strawberries on the crepe in the pan to warm them up slightly.
