Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the batter
Step 2
Divide the batter into 8 muffins cases
Step 3
Bake for 15-35mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese protein pot with some cinnamon and pipe onto the cooled muffins
