Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add the taco seasoning and salsa and cook about 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 2
Put the refried beans into a bowl. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until warm
Step 3
Spread some of the beans on a tortilla. Add some of the ground beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Fold up to create a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a skillet. Cook the burritos until browned on both sides

i switched the beef for turkey and used pepper jack cheese. delicious! i think switching the salsa out for enchilada sauce would be really good too, to try in the future.
i doubled everything but the turkey to stretch the recipe and give us a higher ratio of beans to meat. we preferred it this way.
