✨ ‎بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ baklava cheesecake 👩🏻‍🍳 ‣ 1 package phyllo ‣ half a cup melted ghee ‣ crushed pistachios for topping ‣ sliced almonds for topping ‣ rose petals for decorating ‣ half a cup simple syrup pistachio crust ; ‣ 1 and a half cup crushed pistachios ‣ 1 tablespoon ghee ‣ 1 tablespoon sugar cheesecake mix ; ‣ 600 grams cream cheese ‣ 1 cup sugar ‣ 4 eggs ‣ 1 cup whipping cream ‣ 1 tablespoon vanilla extract ‣ 3 tablespoons flour ‣ layer 8 sheets of phyllo in a round spring foam pan and brush each layer with ghee, cut the edges and place into the tin and then bake for 10 minutes at 160° until slightly golden brown. for the cheese cake mix begin by mixing sugar and cream cheese till soft then add eggs and vanilla, mix again then the add flour and whipping cream and beat until combined. for the crust mix together crushed pistachios, ghee and sugar. take out the phyllo add the pistachios and press down then pour the cheese cake mix. roll a few sheets (around 2). remove the cheesecake from the oven, drizzle with simple syrup and top with pistachios, almonds and rose petals. let it cool down then refrigerate for about 8 hours before serving or over night. enjoy 🤍.
