Instructions

Step 1
Finely chopped parsley or your choice of herbs and minced garlic
Step 2
In a big bowl, put all of ingredients: vegetarian meat ground, minced garlic, finely chopped herbs, and spices.
Step 3
Mix all of ingredients by a hand or by food processor
Step 4
Shape the final mixture into your desired shape, e.g., long sausage, meatball like shape, or patty
Step 5
Cook your Kofta on a grill, pan, or air-fryer
Step 6
Enjoy your cooked Kofta with salad, pita bread, etc
