Instructions

Step 1
Add cut sweet potatoes & water into IP & lock lid.
Step 2
Set Manual, high pressure, (10 min.) After 10-15 min., some steam may release & time will begin countdown.
Step 3
Once cook time is complete, carefully quick-release pressure; remove lid. Drain potatoes & transfer them to lg. bowl; add butter, cinnamon, salt, & nutmeg.
Step 4
Mash until a smooth puree is created (with some sm. chunks); taste & adjust seasonings.
Step 5
WHOLE30: Use Ghee instead of butter. Use sea salt instead of kosher salt.
Step 6
DAIRY FREE OR VEGAN: Use coconut oil or olive oil instead of butter.
