Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl mix oats, sugar, wheat germ (if desired) seeds, and nuts.
Step 2
In small saucepan, heat oil, molasses, and honey over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon OR almond extract.
Step 3
Pour liquid mixture over oat mixture and blend well. Put it in a lasagne pan.
Step 4
Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes.
Step 5
After mixture is completely cooled, add dried fruit of choice.

Change pecans and pumpkin seeds to whatever nuts and/or seeds you prefer (hazelnuts, walnuts, etc) up to 5 cups total.
