Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 2
Wash the cauliflower, trim the stems and chop the florets into bite-size pieces.
Step 3
Arrange the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of chilli powder and a teaspoon of turmeric. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes, until golden-brown and crispy. Remember to turn them halfway to cook on both sides.
Step 5
Serve hot, with your favourite dipping sauce.
