Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Step 2
Crumble the cookie dough into the Classic Batter Bowl.
Step 3
Stir in the flour, molasses, and spices until well blended using the Mix 'N Scraper®.
Step 4
Divide the dough in half.
Step 5
Move the dough to a floured surface.
Step 6
Roll the dough out with the Marble Rolling Pin until it's /4" (6 mm) thick
Step 7
Lightly dip the Rolling Cookie Cutter in flour and cut out as many cookies as you can.
Step 8
Use the Mini Nylon Serving Spatula to move the cookies onto a Cookie Sheet
Step 9
Repeat step 3 with the remaining dough half.
Step 10
Collect the dough scraps from both halves and repeat rolling and cutting.
Step 11
Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the cookies are light golden brown.
Step 12
Remove the cookie sheet from the oven to a Stackable Cooling
Step 13
Rack and cool for 3 minutes.
Step 14
Use the spatula to move the cookies to a cooling rack.
