Instructions
Step 1
Begin by lightly coating both sides of your steak in salt and pepper and pre heating your oven to 400 degrees F
Step 2
Once your steak is coated, heat up a cast iron skillet (oven-safe pan works too) and melt your butter on medium/high heat
Step 3
While your butter is melting, add in your garlic and Rosemary and mix
Step 4
Next, add in your steak and cook it to your desired temperature (I made a medium steak, so I cooked it for about 8 minutes in each side)
Step 5
Add additional butter to the top of your steak and put it in the oven for 8-10 minutes
Step 6
Remove your steak from the oven and flip it over then cover it for another 5-8 minutes
Step 7
Scoop any excess liquids from your pan over your steak to coat it in juice
Step 8
Plate and enjoy!
