Egg salad
Step 1
Boil the eggs for 8-10min

Chop the eggs and chives.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and season with half the seasoning. Put on a lid and fry for 3min.

Flip the chicken and season again. Put on a lid and fry for another 3min.

Slice the chicken.

Top the front center of the wrap with the salad, egg salad, fried onions and chicken.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.

Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
