Instructions

Step 1
Heat gas or charcoal grill.
Step 2
In medium bowl, mix pork, seasoning and 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice.
Step 3
Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 4
Place patties on grill over medium heat.
Step 5
Cover grill; cook 6 to 7 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F.
Step 6
During last 4 minutes of cooking, add pineapple slices to grill, turning once.
Step 7
On each bun bottom, place lettuce, burger and pineapple slice.
Step 8
Cover with bun tops.
