Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Slice pre packaged cookie dough and place inside bottom of greased spring form pan. Spray hands with cooking spray to help spread the dough evenly. Bake for 10 minutes (just until set). Remove from oven and let cool. Meanwhile, cream the cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time until evenly mixed. Add batter to springform pan. Bake in oven for 50 - 55 minutes (ovens vary) until cheesecake is set. Let cool on cake rack then let cool in refrigerator for four hours at least until ready to serve. Top with chocolate syrup, whipped topping & mini chocolate chip cookies if you like!!
