Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and butter.

Whisk in the starter.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4
Fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture until incorporated
Step 5
Lightly oil a frying pan. Cook pancakes for 3 minutes on the first side, 2 minutes on the second side.
