Ingredients

1 cupunsalted butter
room temp
2 cupsbrown sugar
2 tspvanilla
2eggs
large
2 ¼ cupsAP flour
1 tspbaking soda
½ tspbaking powder
1 tspsalt
3 cupsgraham cracker crumbs
Frosting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
In lg. mixing bowl, mix together butter & brown sugar.
Step 2
Cream in vanilla & eggs, until fluffy.
Step 3
In separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, & salt. Add graham cracker crumbs to flour mixture.
Step 4
Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture, just until combined.
Step 5
Make cookies that are 1-2" balls; place them on baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake (10-12 min.). Remove cookies from oven & cool.
Frosting
Step 7
In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, & milk. Mix well.
Step 8
Frost cookies; drizzle with raspberry pie filling.
