Instructions
Step 1

Minced garlic. In the pot, add the butter over medium-high heat till melts.
Step 2

Add garlic and curry powder. Stir fry till fragrance.
Step 3

Add cauliflower to stir fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4

Add chicken broth and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5

Remove from the heat and add in cream cheese. Puree it with hand mixer. Add salt and pepper before serve.
