Instructions
Step 1
Get out 3 containers (1 big and 2 smaller). Place flour in a small container and bread crumbs in large.
Step 2
Finely chop parsley and put in bread crumbs. Mix around with hand.
Step 3
Add 2.5 tbspn Parmesan, 1 tbspn chicken salt, 1/2 tbspn pepper and 1/2 tbsp salt to bread crumbs.
Step 4
Crack eggs in last container (about 5) then add 1/2 tbspn of chicken salt and pepper. Then whisk.
Step 5
Beat the chicken using a mallet.
Step 6
To coat chicken, put the chicken in the flour, then egg, then crumb mixture.
Step 7
To cook: cover bottom of fry pan well in olive oil. Cook on medium heat.
