Strawberry Shortcake

Step 1

-Make a simple syrup by combining the sugar and water together, stir until the sugar is dissolved and set aside

Step 2

- Using an electric mixer bowl, add the Whipping cream, vanilla, Icing sugar, 'whip it' Stabilizer and start to mix on speed 3 for 1 minute. When the cream starts to thicken, turn the mixer to speed 6 and mix until the whipped cream is very stiff.

Step 3

- While the whpipped cream is mixing slice the Strawberries and cakes.

- to assemble the cakes:

lay down a cake slice,moisten with simple syrup,pipe on whipped cream, lay down strawberries and repeat for another layer, garnish with mint leaves whipped cream and Icing sugar .
